1. Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
2. Credits and Subscriptions
CoverArt AI operates on a credit-based system. New accounts receive a set number of free credits upon registration. Additional credits are available through paid subscription plans or one-time purchases, as described on our Pricing page.
Credits are non-transferable and expire as specified in your plan details. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Violates the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-oriented in nature, including nudity, graphic sexual content, or material intended for adult audiences
- Depicts or promotes sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM)
- Is intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate others
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
CoverArt AI is intended solely for the creation of music cover art and related visual content. Generation of NSFW, adult, or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited regardless of the prompt or style used. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice or refund.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content
Subject to applicable law, you own the images generated through your account. You may use them for commercial purposes — including album releases, merchandise, and promotional materials — in accordance with applicable copyright laws.
Our Platform
CoverArt AI, its underlying AI models, style presets, and all platform code and design are the exclusive property of CoverArt AI Inc. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any component of our platform without written permission.
5. Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated images may occasionally resemble existing works by coincidence. CoverArt AI does not guarantee that generated images are entirely unique or free from third-party IP claims. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before commercial use.
6. Refunds
Our refund terms are described in the Refund Policy. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree to those terms.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or discontinuation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoverArt AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
