Credits not showing
Credits usually appear instantly after purchase. If they haven't within 5 minutes, email us with your receipt.
Image generation failed
Try rephrasing your prompt. If it keeps failing, contact us with the error message you received.
Cancel subscription
You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings page. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
